Happy New Year!!!

What a good way to start the New Year, thinking about all the deadlines we need to face.  Are you ready?  Do you know where you’re going and how to get there?  I find that when I’m faced with many deadlines, the best thing to do is to stop for a moment.  Breath, slow down and think.  What am I trying to accomplish?  What are the most important things I can do to move the project along?  How do I not get overwhelmed by challenging deadlines?

 So in 2014, let’s concentrate on what has proven successful in the past and use that as a base to expand and reach new goals and objectives.

Make the first step.   Honestly access your strengths and weaknesses, ask for help when you need it, and continue to work for what is most important to you.
